Introduction of some endophytic fungi of common yew (Taxus baccata) in Iran

Abstract

In the present study, five species of Cladosporium including C. perangustum, C. basi-inflatum, C. cladosporioides,
C. herbarum and C. subtilissimum,and three species assigned to other fungal genera including Truncatella angustata, Alternaria atra and Nigrospora oryzea are reported as endophytic fungi of common yew (Taxus baccata L.), native to Iran. Out of these, C. perangustum, C. basi-inflatum and C. subtilissimum are new taxa to the Iranian mycobiota. Common yew is a new host for all identified species, except N. oryzae in the world.

Abstract [Persian]

در تحقیق حاضر، پنج گونه از جنس Cladosporium شامل C. perangustum، C. basi-inflatum، C. cladosporioides،C. herbarum و C. subtilissimum و سه گونه از سایر جنس‌های قارچی شامل Truncatella angustata، Alternaria atra و Nigrospora oryzae به عنوان قارچ‌های اندوفیت از گیاه سرخدار Taxus baccata)) کهبومی ایران می‌باشد، معرفی می‌گردند. گونه‌های C. perangustum،C. basi-inflatum و C. subtilissimum آرایه‌های جدیدی برای فلور قارچ‌های ایران می‌باشند. درخت سرخدار میزبان گیاهی جدیدی برای کلیه گونه‌های شناسایی شده به جز گونه N. oryzae در دنیا می‌باشد.
